We didn't intend getting another Border Collie so soon after losing Charly Girl but Grace came in to the fold after Maggie Peacock kindly gave her to me,
Grace helped ease the heartache.
She's a very happy busy little girl, has a funny habit of running around all the other dogs licking their muzzles, they all grumble at her to stop but she takes no notice, they are too soft to give her a really good telling off.
She lives for her ball and will jump so high to make sure she gets it before any of the others, she loves to please and learns very quickly anything you show her.
Grace was only shown a couple of times as a puppy, she came back to the show ring in August 09 entering Open and Championship shows and has been on the cards with each show, considering my lack of training she is doing very well and has qualified twice for Crufts 2011, thanks Steve & Sandra Beaumont for their help & support.
Handled by Steve Beaumont, Grace was placed 5th in Post Graduate. Thanks go to Karen Anderson for making the video

Grace wasnt shown for her first two years, apart from one puppy class at 6 months old, her first show after that was a month before her 2nd birthday. I only show lightly and have been very pleased with the results Grace is getting. She has qualified twice this year for Crufts 2011, First time under Breed specialist Mrs Marion Turner at Southern Border Collie Club Ch Show, gaining 2nd in Post Graduate and also at the National Dog Show gaining 3rd again in Post Graduate. Thanks To Steve Beaumont of Borderbeau Border Collies for very kindly handling her for me and to Karen Anderson for making the video.
